Junior of the Month Program
The Lakota Optimist Club recognizes a High School Junior each month of the school year from both of our school district's High Schools, Lakota East and Lakota West. These students are chosen for their overall excellence. When the winners of the Junior of the Month awards reach their senior year, they are eligible to apply for the Senior of the Year scholarship that the Lakota Optimist Club presents to a outstanding senior from both High Schools.
